What’s included with a tour?+
Dollhouse and floor-by-floor views, walkthrough navigation, measurement tools, branded and MLS-compliant unbranded links, website or MLS embed code, setup help, and 90 days of hosting.
How long does scanning take?+
Roughly 1–2 hours on site, depending on the size and complexity of the space and whether outdoor areas are included.
When do I get it?+
Standard delivery is the next business day. Same-day rush delivery is available for $75 when scheduling allows.
How does hosting work, and what happens after 90 days?+
Every tour includes 90 days of hosting from delivery. After 90 days, the tour is archived unless hosting is renewed at $75 per 6 months. An archived tour can be reactivated at any time for $35.
Can I put the tour on my own website or the MLS?+
Yes. Embed code and setup help are included free with every tour. Branded links are provided for your marketing, and unbranded links are available for MLS compliance.
Do you do photography, video, or drone?+
No. This is a specialist 3D capture service. It works alongside your existing photographer, and appointments can be coordinated at the same property.
What areas do you cover?+
The primary service area is the San Francisco Bay Area: the Peninsula, San Francisco, South Bay, and East Bay. Sonoma County, wine country, Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Napa, and the North Bay are also regular service areas. North Bay, Sonoma, and far East Bay work carries a $45 travel fee, waived when 2 or more jobs are booked on the same trip.
How is pricing calculated?+
Residential 3D capture uses a flat rate based on square footage. Commercial work and spaces over 7,000 sq. ft. are quoted by square footage. The complete rate card is published on the pricing page.

Yes. The Matterport Pro3 can capture spaces of any size, indoor or outdoor, including retail, offices, restaurants, warehouses, venues, wineries, gyms, and medical or dental offices.
